As a psychotherapist, my primary goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental place for individuals to feel heard, seen, and understood. I recognize the courage it takes, as well as the importance of, coming into therapy and tackling your challenges head on. I find value in helping my clients understand the root cause of their unique challenge and the role each obstacle plays in their life today. Together, we will work on developing healthy coping strategies and thought patterns that will facilitate growth. My approach is innovative, warm, and holistic. I combine psychodynamic techniques with evidence-based methods, such as CBT and DBT, to help my clients harness their strengths and let go of negative thought and behavior patterns.
